This class is a 2 hour introduction class for individuals employed in a food premise and who may at times be involved in preparation, packing or service of food sale.

Students will gain an understanding of food born illness and contamination, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation and pest prevention.
